1.What is the scope of services?

We offer:

• Various vase arrangements, centerpiece designs, and bouquet designs

• Wedding floral arrangements, bridal flower package (including bridal bouquets, floral crowns, and boutonnieres)

• Customized brand promotion floral arrangements

• Team building/private floral workshops

2. Do you provide delivery services?

Yes, we offer delivery services.
Delivery is free for Sai Kung and Clearwater Bay.
For Kowloon/New Territories, it's $100; for Hong Kong Island, it's $200.

Orders placed before 2pm daily can opt for same-day delivery for an additional $200.


3. Is there a quality assurance policy?

Yes, we have a quality assurance policy. You can rest assured that we provide the best quality seasonal flowers and foliage. If you are not satisfied with the arrangement or flower quality, please do not hesitate to contact us; let us know the problem, and we will arrange the order again at our cost or fully refund you.


4. How long do my flowers last?

The average lifespan of cut flowers is 7 to 12 days. Gardenias, peonies, irises, and tulips have relatively short vase lives. If you wish to use these flowers, please contact us for bespoke arrangements.
